Adopting a structural approach to treatment and often using direct techniques, he utilises a variety of mobilisation, stretching, massage, adjustment techniques and dry needling to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Nikita uses a range of hands-on techniques including soft tissue work, joint mobilisations and stretching techniques to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints, while providing a supportive and calming treatment experience.
